Framed Formwork GJ120( for walls)

Steel plywood formwork system includes column formwork and wall formwork. There are totally five heights and six widths of the wall formwork which can be assembled to meet the demand of most wall pouring. Column formwork has three specifications which can be used to pour all kinds of pillars by regulating the dimension. We can collocate the wall formwork, column formwork and corner formwork to meet the demand of special position pouring. The whole system connections use a unified clamp, convenient connections which will also save the time and labor.

Steel-ply clamp can clamp 9 cm thickness , generally speaking, only 2 or 3 clamps connectors can meet the requirements within 2.5 meters (1 ~ 2 additional clamps will be needed at the corner connection or other connecting point). Only a hammer can make panels firmly connected together, other tools are not needed.

The texture of plywood is birch and the Youngs modulus is E8730N/mm².

There are many specifications which can be assembled flexibly. The use of standard clamps can make the assembly easy and fast. Not only L-type nodal point and T- type nodal point can be finished quickly, but also the pouring of steps. The pouring problems of all kinds of shapes can be easily solved.

The column formwork is convenient and fast to joint together which can pour the pillars with the section of   20 cm × 20cm to 75cm × 75cm (every 5 cm add to side length will become a pouring unit). The maximal lateral pressure it can bear is 60KN/m².
