1 Every piece form after consolidation should be numbered according to drawing and labeled at prescriptive place with square board. The form should lean on the carriage. One form should be blocked off another one with flitch to avoid panel shattered when forms are lapped.

2 When raining, the form placed should be covered with plastic cloth to prevent from the dampness.

3 Components of formwork(such as flange clamp, shaft waling squaring, wedge, tie-yoke,etc.)should be systematic placed.

4 Place lightly when assembling and disassembling, no hit and prevent the form from transmogrification.

5 No allow to tamp or prize with club hammer and crowbar when disassembling, or else surface of concrete will be destroyed.

6 The formwork should be managed strictly during using. Stack according to the specification and brush mold releasing agent in good time.

7 Keep form clean after assembling.

8 Keep steel from disordered.

9 The edges of form should be protected during concreting. Relevant safeguard should be done.

10When form lifting and assembling, command of service-people after sale should be obey strictly.

11Shaft waling squaring connector should be connected by five pins which are set in the congruent holes to clamp the form(right-angle must has a pin).

12Inverted-pull pins should be clamped to avoid loosing under dynamic load. If the pins are loose, the effect after concreting will be no perfect.

13Wing nut should be clamped, or else, the column formwork will not be an absolute right-angle.
